VSI Analyzer – unhandled exception, could not load file or assembly

If you’re a new user for LoginVSI and run into the below screen while trying to open the VSI Analyzer with the error “Unhandled exception has occurred in your application…could not load file or assembly” then that means you do not have the Microsoft Chart Controls for .NET Framework 3.5 software update not installed.
So please login(RDP) to your windows machine where the VSI Analyzer is installed, go to Start > Programs > Login Consultants > VSI > Analyzer > 3rd Party and click on .Net MSChart addon to install the software update. No reboot required. Go back to your analyzer and you can access your VSI charts.
